Are You Ready?
Flight date is set! In just about 5 weeks, I'll be landing at Toronto Pearson Airport! I've given my notice at work, and I've even got a few job interviews lined up for when I arrive - interviews for actual co-ordination positions! Keep you fingers crossed!
Leaving Victoria was a difficult decision, and I've got some bitter-sweet feelings about it. But honestly, it feels like the right thing for me to do. I can't start the sort of career I want in Victoria, so going to Toronto just makes sense. I'll be sad to leave the Island, but I can't wait to be home again.

HURRY UP DECEMBER 2ND!!!!!
Yay! I can't wait! :)
Quitter!
Haha, just buggin ya. What made you decide on Toronto, and what field are you looking to work in? You took Enligh/Communications at Nip right? There are normally some pretty rocking jobs with marketing companies in that area, especially in Toronto.
Actually, this past July I took a wedding coordinatin course at UBC, so I'm looking for something in the event coordination field. The industry for it is pretty slim out in BC, especicially on the island, but it's booming back in Ontario. And seeing as all my friends and family are there, it just makes sense to go back.
Quitter?? Me??
If I remember correctly, Berube, YOU left Victoria first! :P
*pfft* Calgary!
