Sombrio Beach... Again

Kyle came to Victoria for a 10 day visit. On his first full day here we loaded all our camping gear into the Corsica and drove up to - surprise, suprise - Sombrio. Can you tell we love it here?

The day was absolutely gorgeous. Perfect weather - not too hot or cold. I was actually surprised at how nice it was.
The night was a different story though... our camping mats were so uncomfortable, and it was SO freezing cold on the beach that after a looong, sleepless night, we decided to pack up and go home at 5:45am. At the time it sucked pretty bad, but now we think it was pretty hilarious. And hey, even if the night time wasn't so great, at least we got to spend a gorgeous day on the beach.
