Blue skies and a shining sun - today was just too nice to spend inside. Amanda and I, along with a couple of her friends, went out to the beach to walk around and take pictures. If this is what spring looks like in Victoria, I'm a happy girl.
I don't know who this guy is, but he seemed awfully comfortable, so I didn't want to disturb him. Actually, he made a nice addition to this shot.

The Island is so wonderfully amazing. I wish I could explain. But I think that to really understand and appreciate it, you have to be here to see the scenery and smell the ocean yourself. I want to sit and take it all in for as long as I can. It's a serenity that I can't put into words.

Me too, man. Todd and I have had one "family" dinner together since everyone left, but that's it.
Maybe this Sunday I'll go to DQ, get a blizzard and read those trivia questions to myself... for old time's sake. :P
