The Cove

I recently watched the very moving documentary, The Cove, regarding the capture, sale and slaughter of dolphins in Japan, as well as the hideous practice of selling dolphin meat that is heavily contaminated with mercury to stores and schools under the guise of being whale meat.

Activist Richard O'Barry has devoted his life to the protection of dolphins around the world, and hopes to capture worldwide support through this film.

I highly suggest that everyone watch this documentary - The passion of those involved is so genuine, you cannot help being drawn to their cause.
