Out on the Town
A couple weekends ago a few of Amanda's friends came over from the mainland, so we got all gussied up and went out for a night on the town!

Okay, here I'm either really excited because I'm on the phone with Erin and she decided to come out too.... or scared out of my mind because Amanda just tackle-hugged me.


Erin DID come out! Yay!! We don't get much chance to hang out since she's a busy lady, so it was SO great to have a night 'o fun together. Too bad I don't have any pictures of her putting her contact lenses into my shot glasses! Hehe.


You know you've had too much to drink when you think posing like this is going to turn out well.

An impromptu "Yay, I have new glasses" photoshoot breaks out.
And yes, I'm fully aware of how lame I am. Give me a break. I am excited.

New Glasses

These are the frames I bought on Saturday! My first pair of new glasses in almost 5 years. My right-eye prescription was really REALLY high though, and they didn't have it in stock at Lenscrafters, so I have to wait until Tuesday or Wednesday to pick them up. I will post more pictures of me actually wearing them once I have them.

I think when I go back, I'll look at sunglasses as well. I can't even remember the last time I wore a pair of sunglasses! Thank goodness for my work benefits package! :)
